The Boat at Erbistock sits on the bank of the River Dee on the site of a ferry crossing. It dates back to the mid 17th century.

The Cross Foxes, a Brunning & Price pub, sits on the banks of the River Dee.  On a sunny evening, sit in the conservatory looking up the river, and watch the fishermen casting flies for salmon. Find a cosy place inside by an open fire and enjoy great local food with your favourite beer or wine.

Castle Bistro  is located in the heart of the small historical town of Chirk and is a great place to go for lunch, or romantic dinner, after visiting Chirk Castle.
